Building Fire Safety Remediation

We are a leading UK Building safety remediation specialist.

Reclad Limited was incorporated in February 2020. Reclad’s purpose is to remediate Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) and Non-ACM cladding to tall residential buildings in the wake of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, and to assist building owners, asset managers, freeholders, management companies and leaseholders with little or no experience of the construction industry to remediate buildings of all building safety requirements.

The executive directors of Reclad have over 65 years’ experience in property development and construction from concept to completion with comprehensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry and are suitably placed to undertake all aspects involved in the remediation of both high (above 18m) and low rise private, social, student and mixed-use residential buildings (11-18m).

Reclad recognised, at an early stage of the cladding crisis, that a complete end to end service to remediate developments quickly, safely and to the latest technical and quality standards would be invaluable to building owners, asset managers, freeholders, management companies and leaseholders. Reclad offers a multi-disciplined consultancy and principal contractor service that has the same experience, knowledge and expertise required for constructing buildings from conception to completion encompassing all building safety remediation.

The key role of the ‘Client’ throughout the Building Safety Fund process has been given little consideration and the process has failed to recognise or give due cognisance to the demands and obligations being put on building owners, asset managers, freeholders, management companies and leaseholders, who are being asked to fulfil these obligations without, in the majority of cases,  having the time, skill, knowledge or experience, all of which are essential on such remediation projects, especially given the critical life-threatening nature in terms of health and wellbeing.

Reclad’s management team has this expertise.
